Design and deliver training programmes, manage training plans and records, support managers with coaching, drive operational excellence, stakeholder partnership, succession planning, and ensure training for in-person, remote and global audiences.

Lead technical delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events from concept to execution. Manage budgets, technical specs (lighting, sound, AV, IT), vendors, crews, health & safety, production schedules, equipment, and client communications to ensure safe, high-quality event delivery.
