Supports planning and delivery of exhibition and booth projects by coordinating timelines, budgets, meetings, documentation, stakeholder communications, client purchase orders, invoicing, and expense reconciliations. Works with creative, logistics, production, suppliers, and clients across multiple projects. Provides global onsite support during event setup, delivery, and breakdown, serving as a point of contact for crews and suppliers.
