Drive new business development and renewals for Advertising Week Europe across events and digital platforms. Build partnership pipelines, develop sales presentations, manage the sales cycle through activation and debriefing, maintain senior industry relationships, represent the brand at events, and provide weekly sales forecasting and reporting. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in media, marketing, advertising, technology, or related industries.

Serve as the primary in-house legal resource for EMEA, handling commercial contract drafting and negotiation, regional trademark and intellectual property matters, regulatory compliance, investigations, data governance, and risk assessments. Partner with commercial, operations, marketing, IT, and compliance teams while standardizing contract templates and playbooks. The role requires qualification to practice in the UK and/or Germany, 3–6+ years of post-qualification experience, and strong knowledge of European privacy and regulatory frameworks.

Lead the Insurtech Insights portfolio as general manager across strategy, P&L, commercial growth, product innovation, audience expansion, and event execution. Drive revenue and profitability, guide cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, conference), develop new products and markets, and ensure successful conference programming and attendee acquisition.
