Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and closing. Build territory plans, acquire large enterprise customers, demonstrate SaaS expense and payment solutions, develop partner relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets. The role requires expertise in financial SaaS, travel and expense management, AP and finance operations, complex enterprise selling, six-figure ARR deals, and consultative sales methodologies.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers as a trusted technical advisor. Provide product consulting, configure platform solutions, lead technical projects, gather requirements, troubleshoot escalations, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress. Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to improve adoption, retention, and customer value. Contribute to process improvement, documentation, training, testing, and ongoing product expertise.

Perform outbound prospecting and qualification to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities. Use Salesforce and sales tools to run high-volume phone and email outreach, schedule demos, maintain data integrity, and partner with AEs and marketing to optimize pipeline and ICP.
