Build and execute outbound sales campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, and email; generate leads, book meetings, manage pipelines, and support Account Executives. Following early success, responsibilities may expand to discovery calls, managing personal deals, and supporting founder-led marketing and social media campaigns. The role requires strong communication, process management, technical explanation skills, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced AI startup.

Build and ship core AI customer-service product features across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, and integrations. Own solutions from customer discovery through delivery, balance rapid MVP development with scalable foundations, and improve testing, documentation, reliability, and security. Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders while contributing across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI product development.

Own product design as Elyos AI’s first designer, defining workflows for AI agent configuration, calls, messaging, scheduling, bookings, and CRM operations. Create a unified design system, connect fragmented product experiences, prototype rapidly, conduct customer research, and design complex operational interfaces for trade businesses. Collaborate directly with company leadership and engineers while establishing product design standards from scratch.
