Manage and improve HubSpot as the marketing system of record. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, data quality, forms, subscriptions, email templates, lead-source tracking, UTM standards, attribution reporting, email deliverability, dashboards, and process documentation. The role supports marketing and commercial teams by ensuring accurate CRM data, reliable reporting, compliant communications, and efficient integration across the marketing technology stack.

Own Elliptic’s internal communications strategy across 300 employees and nine offices. Lead monthly company updates, quarterly Q&A sessions, regional communications, leadership messaging, organizational-change communications, and internal channels. Build a rolling communications calendar, prepare executives and managers for announcements, write in the CEO’s voice, and develop a global culture champion network. The role requires strong writing, change-communications judgment, technology-company experience, AI fluency, and travel to US and APAC hubs.

Leads and grows a data science team while remaining hands-on with coding, machine learning, data collection, clustering, attribution, heuristics, and model governance. Defines research direction, hires and develops scientists, builds scalable datasets, ensures model validation and monitoring, and partners across Intelligence, Product, and Engineering. Requires strong Python and SQL skills, modern cloud data-stack experience, AI fluency, technical leadership, and the ability to work with large behavioral or transactional datasets.
