Leads a technical customer support team across four hubs, overseeing queue health, SLAs, coverage, escalations, and customer communications. Owns AI automation, knowledge management, SOPs, career frameworks, hiring, coaching, and engineering feedback loops. Personally handles complex API escalations and executive-level incidents while driving support-related product improvements. The role requires shipping AI automation, improving self-service, and building scalable support processes in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.

Lead and develop approximately 12 engineers across DevOps and AI Platform functions. Set strategy for release safety, developer experience, observability, infrastructure cost, scalability, shared AI-agent frameworks, MCP management, evaluations, and AI-enabled software delivery. Partner with technical leaders, champion SRE practices, support compliance certifications, and build hiring and operating models while guiding platform reliability and responsible AI adoption.

Own integrated B2B campaigns across the buyer journey, from planning and execution through pipeline measurement and optimization. Manage industry memberships and partnerships, newsletters, nurture programs, social media, events, webinars, creative briefs, and content coordination. Use marketing analytics and AI tools to improve campaign ROI, audience engagement, and productivity across financial institution, PSP, crypto-native, and government segments.
