Owns end-to-end educational content design, development, deployment, and LMS operations for B2B and B2C learners. Responsibilities include creating storyboards, e-learning modules, scenario-based exercises, product training, and role-specific learning journeys; administering learner enrollment and support; collaborating with subject matter experts and customers; refreshing content; and using AI and design tools to improve learning experiences.

Own and evolve the Real-time Risk product vision: design scalable, programmatic AML/compliance detection, collaborate with engineering and design, engage customers for discovery, maintain roadmap, support GTM, and iterate using analytics and feedback.

Own the full sales cycle for new and expansion business across EMEA’s Growth segment. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, conducting demos, negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting quota. The role manages a 1,000+ account territory using CRM and AI tools, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success, maintains accurate forecasts, and develops strategic market penetration plans for digital asset, compliance, and cryptocurrency customers.

Leads a technical customer support team across four hubs, overseeing queue health, SLAs, coverage, escalations, and customer communications. Owns AI automation, knowledge management, SOPs, career frameworks, hiring, coaching, and engineering feedback loops. Personally handles complex API escalations and executive-level incidents while driving support-related product improvements. The role requires shipping AI automation, improving self-service, and building scalable support processes in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.

Own integrated B2B campaigns across the buyer journey, from planning and execution through pipeline measurement and optimization. Manage industry memberships and partnerships, newsletters, nurture programs, social media, events, webinars, creative briefs, and content coordination. Use marketing analytics and AI tools to improve campaign ROI, audience engagement, and productivity across financial institution, PSP, crypto-native, and government segments.

Own the EMEA enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through closure. Identify and expand strategic accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, build consultative business cases, and close high-value opportunities. Collaborate with sales engineering, product, customer success, marketing, and partners while advising crypto and financial-services customers on compliance and investigation solutions. The role requires enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales experience, familiarity with MEDDPPICC, and effective use of AI in sales.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed data systems and pipelines for blockchain analytics. Ship production code, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency, and collaborate with product, data science, and intelligence teams.

Lead and grow a DevOps/Platform team while hands-on engineering Kubernetes-based, multi-cluster, multi-region platforms. Drive GitOps, IaC, progressive delivery, zero-trust security, observability, SLO/resilience practices, and compliance automation. Collaborate with Security, Data, and AI teams to deliver AI gateway infrastructure, disaster recovery, and platform reliability across cloud environments.
