Lead the Investigations engineering team to design and deliver scalable UI applications and APIs for blockchain forensics. Write and review code, make architectural decisions, collaborate with product and stakeholders, coach engineers, and incorporate AI-assisted development practices.

Design, implement, and operate large-scale distributed data systems and pipelines (batch and streaming) to power blockchain intelligence products. Design, build, and own agentic LLM workflows and backend services powering an AI copilot for blockchain investigations. Lead architecture, tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, evaluations, and mentoring. Ship production-ready LLM features with strong testing, observability, and reliability practices while collaborating across product, web, data, and DevOps teams.

Lead and evolve DevOps and platform practices: own roadmap, architect multi-cluster/multi-region Kubernetes platforms with service meshes, implement GitOps/IaC, enforce Zero Trust and policy-driven automation, improve reliability (SLOs, chaos), embed DevSecOps, and mentor a team while remaining hands-on.

Lead and grow a Platform/DevOps engineering team: manage performance and career growth, own hiring and onboarding, improve team health and processes, collaborate on OKRs and delivery with tech leads, remove blockers, and represent the team across the business.

Design and build a unified enterprise MLOps platform covering training pipelines, serving, monitoring, feature management, and governance. Produce architecture and build-vs-buy decisions, implement CI/CD, observability, and onboarding for multiple internal ML consumers while meeting regulated-industry compliance requirements.

Own and execute full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA for crypto and financial services customers. Build pipeline, close 5–7-figure deals, multi-thread accounts, collaborate with SE/CS/marketing, and represent Elliptic at industry events while applying MEDDPPICC and value-based selling.

Lead data reliability and SRE practices across engineering to ensure high availability and quality of enterprise-grade datasets. Build data-quality frameworks, observability, alerting and remediation; define SLAs/SLOs; run on-call rotations and incident command; produce post-mortems; report availability/performance; and embed DRE practices with product, sales, and customers.

Lead DevOps engineering to build resilient, secure, cloud-native platforms. Own Kubernetes-based infrastructure, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD and GitOps, observability, secrets and access management, cost optimization, and developer platform improvements. Evangelize reliability, security and automation across engineering teams and reduce operational toil.

Design, build, and optimise large-scale distributed data pipelines for blockchain and off-chain datasets using Scala, Spark and cloud technologies. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable ingestion and transformation workflows, improve pipeline observability and automation, and contribute across the data platform lifecycle.

Manage a portfolio of UK and EMEA government, law enforcement, and intelligence accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, develop tailored success plans, coordinate secure communications, monitor account health, lead renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes in high-security environments.
