Own the EMEA enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through closure. Identify and expand strategic accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, build consultative business cases, and close high-value opportunities. Collaborate with sales engineering, product, customer success, marketing, and partners while advising crypto and financial-services customers on compliance and investigation solutions. The role requires enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales experience, familiarity with MEDDPPICC, and effective use of AI in sales.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed data systems and pipelines for blockchain analytics. Ship production code, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency, and collaborate with product, data science, and intelligence teams.

Manage a named enterprise account portfolio to drive retention, upsell and renewals. Build relationships, analyze usage to mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, create proposals, run QBRs and demos, negotiate terms, and exceed revenue and retention quotas.

Manage a portfolio of UK and EMEA government, law enforcement, and intelligence accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead sanctions-focused crypto intelligence: own coverage of sanctioned entities and evasion typologies, run end-to-end investigations, design monitoring and alerting frameworks, coach junior analysts, collaborate with product and engineering to operationalize intelligence, and produce external and client-facing written outputs and briefings.

Lead complex investigations into cryptoasset use by terrorist actors, validate attribution, integrate entities and wallet clusters into intelligence datasets, produce typologies and detection logic, brief clients and public-sector partners, and improve workflows and product capabilities to support disruption of illicit networks.

Lead the Investigations engineering team building scalable full-stack TypeScript products for crypto investigations. Write and review code, guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and data teams, set AI-assisted coding practices, and drive delivery of UI applications, APIs, and data visualizations.

Own and evolve the Real-time Risk product vision: design scalable, programmatic AML/compliance detection, collaborate with engineering and design, engage customers for discovery, maintain roadmap, support GTM, and iterate using analytics and feedback.

Lead and grow a DevOps/Platform team while hands-on engineering Kubernetes-based, multi-cluster, multi-region platforms. Drive GitOps, IaC, progressive delivery, zero-trust security, observability, SLO/resilience practices, and compliance automation. Collaborate with Security, Data, and AI teams to deliver AI gateway infrastructure, disaster recovery, and platform reliability across cloud environments.
