Provides PK/PD and quantitative clinical pharmacology leadership across drug discovery and development. Leads exploratory MIDD analyses, study protocols, analysis plans, regulatory documents, and data-driven development decisions. Supports FDA, EMA, and PMDA interactions, communicates quantitative insights to cross-functional stakeholders, mentors scientists, and represents the organization through publications and industry leadership.

Lead population PK and PK/PD modeling across drug development programs using NONMEM or Monolix and R. Own analysis plans, regulatory-standard reports, simulations, quality review, and scientific responses on dose, regimen, and patient population. Partner cross-functionally with statistics, regulatory, medical, ADME, toxicology, and clinical development teams. Contribute to automation, AI/ML integration, reproducible workflows, and scientific communication with project teams, leadership, regulators, and external audiences.

Drive oncology product sales across South London and Kent by engaging healthcare professionals through face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels. Develop territory business plans, build relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders, collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and market access teams, and support product and competitor knowledge. The role requires pharmaceutical sales expertise, oncology or specialist therapy experience, strong account management and communication skills, ABPI qualification, compliance, and a full UK driving licence.
