Own and scale the end-to-end global new-hire experience, from offer acceptance through 30/60/90-day ramp. Partner with People, Talent, IT, Finance and team Leads to operationalize system access, equipment, compliance, team-specific guides, and onboarding materials. Track feedback and metrics to improve time-to-productivity and early engagement.

Lead and scale the SDR team across Europe by building processes, onboarding and coaching frameworks, partnering with AEs to align on pipeline targets, leveraging data and tooling to optimize outreach, and supporting go-to-market experiments for global expansion.

This role involves conducting research for potential leads, engaging in outbound sales activities, and collaborating with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and monitor performance metrics.
