As an AI Automations Engineer, you will design and build tooling for GTM, Operations, and Finance teams, automating processes and enhancing systems with a focus on AI.

Own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, and flux analysis. Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts, investigate billing and usage exceptions, support audits and SOX readiness, and assess new products and billing models. Partner with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Billing Operations, and FP&A while improving scalable revenue accounting processes and controls.

Lead company-wide operations infrastructure for a rapidly scaling, remote-first AI company. Own operating cadence, OKR and workforce planning, systems of record, organizational governance, knowledge management, and internal AI enablement. Build an operations center of excellence, deploy strategic generalists against cross-functional priorities, establish repeatable practices, and influence founders and functional leaders in a high-velocity environment.

Build and operate backend safety infrastructure, including automated moderation, abuse detection, AI guardrails, APIs, internal tools, and production services. The role partners closely with product and engineering teams to build resilient, scalable architectures and production systems using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

Build and operate infrastructure supporting AI model training, inference, and product platforms. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes and GPU clusters across cloud and on-premises environments, provisioning compute and networking, operating databases and Kafka, developing Python-based automation and self-service tooling, and leading cloud migrations and platform improvements focused on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Leads the UK&I Customer Success team, owning retention, expansion, NRR, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include coaching CSMs, managing priority accounts, leading renewals and upsells, developing scalable playbooks, optimizing workflows and data, building executive relationships, and representing customer needs across product, operations, sales, and leadership.

Build end-to-end software solutions and integrations for strategic customers. Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. Responsibilities include compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, pay bands, equity and incentive programs, compensation cycles, governance, calibration tooling, and globally scalable benefits. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.

Own AI safety datasets from collection through labeling, quality control, versioning, and training readiness. Translate safety policies into consistent labeling and evaluation criteria, manage external contributors, and build production model evaluation workflows. Develop lightweight Python and SQL pipelines for reproducible data analysis, partnering with safety researchers, policy specialists, and ML engineers. The role also contributes to scalable dataset methodologies, quality standards, and human-in-the-loop processes.

Lead end-to-end management of complex enterprise RFPs: qualify pursuits, shape response strategy with account teams, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and deliver high-quality, differentiated submissions using AI-enabled automation and process improvements.

Build and polish complex interactive video-editing features for Studio, including transitions, color grading, element libraries, presets, and customizable keyboard shortcuts. Own frontend-leaning full-stack work from proposal through launch, collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment, and contribute to product decisions and marketing efforts. Deep backend expertise is not required.

Build and deploy full-stack enterprise product solutions for ElevenCreative customers. Work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and decide between bespoke integrations and broadly useful product improvements. Develop integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, access controls, and other enterprise functionality while shipping independently with minimal direction. Experience with localization, TMS integrations, marketing tools, or adtech is advantageous.

Build and deploy reliable, measurable, and safe AI agents for real business workflows. Work within Marketing Engineering and growth pods to identify problems, develop end-to-end solutions, evaluate LLM performance, and measure business impact. The role involves productionizing agent systems beyond demos, using Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and orchestration tools, with potential integration into go-to-market data and marketing systems.

Own product analytics for ElevenLabs products, defining health metrics across activation, adoption, retention, and engagement. Design and analyze A/B tests, feature launches, and onboarding changes. Partner with Product, Growth, Analytics Engineering, and Data teams to convert ambiguous questions into trusted analysis and certified KPI layers. Apply SQL, Python, experimentation, and product analytics expertise to support growth and product decisions.

Build large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure for frontier AI model training. Develop data-processing models such as classifiers, quality filters, and labeling systems; design deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation strategies; and create reliable tooling for researchers to explore and train on massive datasets. The role also evaluates how data quality and composition affect model outcomes, with web crawler experience as a bonus.

Operate and improve large-scale NVIDIA GPU clusters across bare-metal and rented capacity. Build automation for provisioning, health checks, remediation, monitoring, scheduling, and capacity management. Own Linux images, drivers, CUDA, containers, networking, storage, and Slurm. Diagnose performance and hardware issues, evaluate GPU providers, support ML training workloads, and maintain secure infrastructure. The role also includes hardware installation, datacenter coordination, and vendor management.

Own the end-to-end frontend experience for AI music creation, from defining ambiguous product problems through launch. Build complex React and TypeScript interfaces, collaborate with research and design, integrate evolving music models, and coordinate with legal, safety, growth, and engineering stakeholders. The role requires strong product judgment, pragmatic trade-off decisions, and comfort working across frontend and backend systems in a high-ownership environment.
