Build relationships across procurement, R&D, formulation, and innovation teams. Collaborate with Technical Service, Application Labs, Marketing, and other functions to translate specialty ingredient capabilities into customer value. Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting, CRM updates, and market insights while supporting profitable growth and customer retention.

Design and produce marketing collateral, digital assets, event materials, social graphics, email banners, and internal communications content. Translate campaign objectives into brand-aligned creative, manage multiple requests, coordinate with agencies, vendors, printers, and internal stakeholders, and maintain organized asset libraries. Incorporate feedback while protecting design quality and timelines. Support brand standards and templates, and stay current with video and AI design capabilities.
