Lead technical development of high-voltage, RF, and pulsed-power subsystems for medical linear accelerators. Responsibilities include design, integration, verification, lifecycle support, technical requirements, design reviews, troubleshooting power electronics and EMC issues, risk management, compliance, supplier collaboration, and mentoring within a multidisciplinary, safety-critical environment.

Develop and maintain full-stack software for safety-critical radiotherapy treatment systems using C#, .NET, WPF, and C++. Responsibilities include design, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, containerization and microservices migration, Agile collaboration, system integration, and regulatory-quality compliance. The role also supports Agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and reliable software development across the full lifecycle.

Provide IP support across patent, trademark, design, copyright and trade secret matters; harvest and assess inventions; draft and prosecute patent applications; advise on third-party IPR risk; train engineering and product teams; oversee outside counsel with Senior IP team support.
