Lead the strategy and execution of customer onboarding and Getting Started content for Elastic products. Build cohesive user journeys, align product, field, and documentation teams, and design user-focused flows that accelerate deployment and adoption. Use user research, support feedback, analytics, and telemetry to identify friction, reduce churn, and improve time-to-first-value. Influence cross-functional stakeholders while translating complex technical capabilities into effective self-service experiences.
