Own end-to-end ERP AMS operations for SAP, ensuring vendor performance, operational stability, GxP compliance, incident/change/release governance, automation, stakeholder reporting, and establishing a scalable ERP "Run" playbook.

Implement, configure, and support Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) for manufacturing and QC labs. Integrate LES with ERP/LIMS/PLC/SCADA, perform validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), troubleshoot systems, enable users, and collaborate with operations, quality, and process science to ensure GxP-compliant, high-availability shop-floor systems.

Lead engineering capital projects (£50K–£2M) from concept through commissioning and handover. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, manage contractors, procurement, compliance, C&Q, risk, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
