Own end-to-end ERP AMS operations for SAP, ensuring vendor performance, operational stability, GxP compliance, incident/change/release governance, automation, stakeholder reporting, and establishing a scalable ERP "Run" playbook.

Implement, configure, and support Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) for manufacturing and QC labs. Integrate LES with ERP/LIMS/PLC/SCADA, perform validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), troubleshoot systems, enable users, and collaborate with operations, quality, and process science to ensure GxP-compliant, high-availability shop-floor systems.

Provide global technical leadership for instrumentation and calibration across Elanco manufacturing sites. Develop harmonized calibration standards and SAP PM governance, conduct audits for regulatory compliance, troubleshoot complex instrument failures, lead root cause analyses and CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement and modernization of calibration programs. Travel ~30% for site support and audits.

The Senior Associate is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of LabVantage systems across Elanco's global QC labs, providing technical leadership and project management.

Provide technical leadership and consultation across Elanco's Small Molecule Network to optimize manufacturing equipment and processes, lead capital and technology evaluations, govern vendor relationships, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot complex issues for liquid and solid dosage form production across Europe and APAC.

Lead QC operational excellence across the global laboratory network by implementing process improvements, capacity and scheduling models, training on lean methodologies, optimizing testing strategy and KPIs, and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure sustainable laboratory performance.

Maintain controlled Quality and HSE documentation, coordinate reviews and approvals via EDMS, manage training records in the LMS, support users, control batch and lab records, maintain archives, monitor compliance metrics, and support continuous improvement of document and training processes.
