Work as a junior data scientist and strategic consultant building marketing analytics solutions (MMM and customer analytics). Tasks include data gathering, econometric and ML modelling, client collaboration, presenting results, contributing to R&D and data engineering capabilities, and supporting company culture and CSR initiatives.

Lead and deliver end-to-end marketing analytics and MMM projects for global clients. Translate econometric and MMM insights into actionable business recommendations, manage client relationships, and lead teams (3–8 consultants). Support project planning, design, and implementation while communicating results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and marketing effectiveness projects, applying econometrics, Bayesian and machine learning methods. Manage small teams, build dashboards, translate analytics into C-suite recommendations, optimize marketing spend and campaign ROI, run client workshops, mentor junior staff, and support business growth and thought leadership activities.
