Lead social and content delivery for complex client accounts, serving as a senior client contact and social consultant. Oversee account health, project delivery, quality control, team collaboration, strategic content development, pitches, and commercial growth. Partner with creative, production, performance, and strategy teams to deliver innovative work, manage escalations, and build strong senior stakeholder relationships across large retained accounts and campaigns.

Manage day-to-day creative studio resource scheduling and project setup. Monitor workloads, reallocate staff, ensure briefs are complete, set up projects in Kantata, produce utilisation reports, and support process improvements while coordinating with Producers and Creative Leads.
