Create and lead end-to-end 2D/3D motion and creative concepts for gaming marketing campaigns. Develop storyboards, illustrations, layouts, graphic designs, animations, and production assets while using AI tools to enhance video workflows. Collaborate with producers, creatives, marketing teams, and senior stakeholders; present and defend ideas, guide junior team members, maintain quality standards, and align storytelling with user experience and commercial objectives.

Supports recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, culture initiatives, office needs, and basic finance administration. The coordinator maintains people systems, organizes meetings and checks, prepares documents, supports starters and leavers, and helps create a positive employee experience while developing expertise in HR and talent acquisition.

Lead SEO and GEO strategy across client work, improving visibility in traditional search engines and AI platforms. Develop measurement frameworks, attribution models, benchmarking, citation audits, and content opportunities. Collaborate with editorial, growth, performance, PR, and account teams; advise clients and senior stakeholders; support pitches and new business; and report insights and recommendations to drive ongoing optimization.
