Edit and shoot social-first video content, support production and post workflows, organize media, perform basic sound and color correction, adapt assets for platform-specific formats, assist on shoots as DIT/logger, and occasionally self-shoot and deliver smaller projects independently.

Create 2D and 3D motion content for social and campaign formats, focusing on Blender character animation, modelling, scene building and texturing. Adapt 2D motion in After Effects, work from storyboards and creative direction, collaborate with designers and producers, iterate on feedback, and tailor work for different platforms and audiences.

The Paid Media Manager will create integrated campaigns, oversee paid social and search strategies, set KPIs, and drive performance while providing consultancy and insights to clients.
