Join Egis as a Graduate Electrical Engineer supporting design delivery on the M25 Connect Plus Services project. Assist with planning and coordinating design projects, prepare and maintain design documentation, produce drawings and calculations, perform design checks, and ensure outputs comply with DMRB and standards. Work with senior engineers, supply chain, and stakeholders while developing project management, communication, and technical skills.

Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical highway projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and compliance with contracts.

Provide technical assurance and lead design delivery for mechanical and electrical projects on the M25 DBFO. Review and challenge designs, coordinate multidisciplinary tunnel schemes, liaise with National Highways, manage consultants and work packages, ensure compliance with DMRB/CDM and quality processes, and drive innovation and continual improvement.
