Build systems that enable AI agents to plan, execute, verify, and deploy substantial software work. Design agent harnesses, tools, permissions, environments, context and memory systems, evaluation and observability capabilities, and workflows supporting parallel autonomous workstreams. Partner with stakeholders to deliver outcomes, improve reliability, and establish trustworthy verification. Help the broader team safely use AI to ship production changes.

Provides hands-on manual, exploratory, regression, and risk-based QA for Salesforce and web tickets. Extends existing AIO automation and evaluates additional tools to improve coverage and maintainability. The role collaborates with the QA lead, engineering, and Business Systems teams to prioritize commercially significant risks, strengthen QA processes, support release decisions, and report quality metrics. This is a 4–6 month fixed-term hybrid contract.

Execute multi-channel B2B digital marketing campaigns: email, paid search and social; manage website content and AI-assisted processes; analyze performance, write copy, support webinars, and collaborate with creative, sales, and operations to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
