Leads K-12 curriculum and course design across digital and print publishing. Oversees content quality, sequencing, assessment development, production workflows, localization, budgets, schedules, vendors, and cross-functional teams across international markets. Evaluates and implements AI-enabled workflows with human oversight while supporting product, sales, and government-relations initiatives.

Build systems that enable AI agents to plan, execute, verify, and deploy substantial software work. Design agent harnesses, tools, permissions, environments, context and memory systems, evaluation and observability capabilities, and workflows supporting parallel autonomous workstreams. Partner with stakeholders to deliver outcomes, improve reliability, and establish trustworthy verification. Help the broader team safely use AI to ship production changes.

Lead CRM governance and commercial process design to improve sales productivity and customer experience. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable CRM solutions, drive data quality and standards, prioritize system enhancements with Salesforce and technical teams, and measure adoption and operational performance to support revenue growth and retention.
