As an early Account Executive, you'll build and own a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts, run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, design paid pilots with the technical team, engage CTO/CIO-level buyers, and help create repeatable sales processes and product feedback loops.

Build high-quality user-facing experiences primarily in TypeScript and React; influence frontend architecture and product design; own tasks end-to-end; collaborate with designers and AI experts; build component libraries and internal tooling; debug backend issues encountered in development; set technical direction and establish engineering conventions.

Design, build, and ship production LLM-based systems and agentic workflows. Develop core learning libraries, human-in-the-loop feedback loops, confidence scoring, and scalable agent orchestration. Work with enterprise customers to prototype, deploy, and generalize solutions back into the platform.

Embed with customer teams to map how work actually happens, scope and run AI deployments from data pulls to measured results, prototype with users, manage stakeholders, and feed actionable findings to product and engineering.
