Lead EDITED’s EMEA customer success strategy and team for a $10M+ ARR portfolio. Own retention, expansion, GRR, and NRR performance while building scalable customer journeys, forecasting processes, and risk interventions. Manage Account Managers and Retail Strategists, develop team performance, guide deal cycles, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and global customer success leadership. The role requires strong B2B SaaS leadership, retail industry knowledge, executive stakeholder management, and data-driven operational discipline.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for EDITED’s AI-powered retail intelligence platform, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Engage commercial and technical stakeholders, explain API and MCP integrations, deliver proposals, forecast pipeline, conduct outbound campaigns, and build relationships with executives and technical decision-makers. The role requires selling complex software, data, API, or AI/ML products and includes EMEA travel as needed.
