Develop and support scalable valuation, risk, and PnL systems for energy trading. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing architectures and data models, writing tested .NET code, supporting Python and desktop quantitative tools, integrating models, improving performance, documenting solutions, and assisting production operations. The role collaborates with quantitative developers, analysts, traders, and business users in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Develop and support enterprise quantitative engineering platforms for energy trading risk, positions, and valuations. Build scalable backend services, APIs, desktop tools, and cloud-based solutions; integrate quantitative models; improve architecture, performance, testing, and deployment processes; and provide production support. Partner closely with traders, front-office users, quantitative developers, and analytics teams to gather requirements, resolve complex issues, and deliver reliable technology solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.

Supports global total reward strategy, annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, benefits analysis, pay equity, workforce planning, and HR reporting. Uses Workday, Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other analytics tools to produce insights, improve data accuracy, automate processes, and support reward and HR projects. Advises HR teams and business stakeholders while contributing to policy development, process improvement, and employee experience initiatives.
