Teams at EDF Trading

Analyze short-term wholesale power markets, support price forecasting and trading strategies, monitor EDF portfolio optimization, and communicate time-critical risk information. Develop and maintain optimization models, data science applications, automated workflows, visualizations, and web tools. Improve application robustness through testing and refactoring, participate in peer reviews, train junior analysts, and collaborate with traders, asset managers, and international analytical teams while ensuring REMIT compliance.

Supports global total reward strategy, annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, benefits analysis, pay equity, workforce planning, and HR reporting. Uses Workday, Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other analytics tools to produce insights, improve data accuracy, automate processes, and support reward and HR projects. Advises HR teams and business stakeholders while contributing to policy development, process improvement, and employee experience initiatives.

Lead the Platform Operations function responsible for reliable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure across cloud, private cloud, and on-premise environments. Manage compute, storage, networking, operating systems, backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity controls, vendors, budgets, and major incidents. Drive infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, lifecycle management, operational transformation, resilience testing, and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing technical operations team.
