The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for Ecolab's High-Tech business in Europe, focusing on data center and microelectronics markets. Responsibilities include driving growth, leading portfolio strategy, and commercializing innovative solutions while collaborating with various organizational functions.

Provide technical consulting and troubleshooting for water treatment in the semiconductor industry. Support sales and account teams, lead root-cause analysis, optimize cooling and wastewater systems, validate and pilot new technologies, and deliver training and technical reports to quantify operational savings.

Provide technical consulting for data center liquid cooling (direct-to-chip), troubleshoot client issues, recommend efficiency improvements, lead pilots/trials, train stakeholders, support sales, and drive innovation with R&D and marketing teams.
