Lead global KYC/CDD policy and governance: draft and implement policies, advise on complex entities and beneficial ownership, manage regulatory change, provide KYC/CLM platform (Fenergo/Pega) SME input, support testing and transformation, drive governance, training, stakeholder engagement, and monitor controls and remediation across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage client relationships for commodities and global markets by owning compliance, onboarding, and servicing tasks. Act as primary client contact for ready-to-trade requirements, liaise with Sales, Origination, Legal, Compliance and Operations, translate regulatory requirements into client outcomes, and support funds and regulated entities through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and contractual negotiations.

Perform end-to-end KYC periodic reviews for corporate and institutional clients, conduct due diligence (adverse media, PEP, sanctions), validate documentation and ownership, coordinate client outreach, assess risk and escalate issues, maintain audit-ready records, and support quality-control and process improvements.
