The Desktop Support Engineer will resolve Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support issues for end-users, manage incidents, provide software maintenance, and support Active Directory tasks in a Microsoft environment.

Provide tier-3 systems and cloud support for a portfolio of clients: implement and maintain Microsoft 365/Azure and AWS infrastructures, manage mail/security platforms (Exchange, Google Workspace, Mimecast, Proofpoint), configure Intune/MDM, perform AD and patching tasks, respond to security incidents, document runbooks and SOPs, and support migrations, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
