Leads the Communications Platform engineering team, building scalable, highly available communication services across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels. Responsibilities include team growth, roadmap and delivery ownership, architecture leadership, production stability, CI/CD, observability, hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible AI adoption. The role also oversees the public website and requires experience with distributed systems, AWS, APIs, multi-vendor integrations, fintech, and regulated financial services.

Lead the design, development, scalability, and operation of Ebury’s high-volume, multi-currency transactional platform. Own services from architecture through production, build resilient payment and funds-processing systems, collaborate with Product and Operations, mentor engineers, and ensure strong testing, observability, monitoring, and reliability across distributed global teams.

Lead the Identity Platform engineering team, developing scalable authentication and authorization services for human, service, and bot identities. Responsibilities include team growth, roadmap and delivery ownership, architecture leadership for AWS and BigQuery-based distributed systems, operational reliability, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, and responsible AI adoption. The role requires hands-on software engineering credibility, identity and access management experience, fintech exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills.
