Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, Technology, and Product teams to improve data integrity, forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and strategic decision-making. Uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and streamline revenue operations.

Drive outbound sales and business development for private market FX clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, and fund administrators. Prospect and acquire new clients, build trusted relationships, present tailored cross-border payment and FX hedging solutions, and contribute to sales strategy. Collaborate with dealing and operations teams to support onboarding, trade execution, and international client service.

Manages a portfolio of approximately 300 corporate clients, providing daily FX trading and payment support, resolving issues, identifying client needs, and promoting additional products. The role requires accurate handling of currency trades, banking information, payments, and exchange-rate data while coordinating with internal teams. It combines client relationship management, operational servicing, commercial awareness, multitasking, and account growth in a fast-paced onsite fintech environment.
