Leads continuous improvement across Commercial Finance Operations, simplifying and standardizing close, forecasting, revenue recognition, and project finance processes. Drives Lean-based transformation, automation, system enablement, control-compliant process design, and scalable improvements across countries and ledgers. Partners with finance systems, IT, and commercial finance teams, coaches teams in continuous improvement, and maintains a roadmap without owning day-to-day finance execution.

Provides executive and administrative support to UK&I and North Zone sales leaders while managing daily operations for the Slough office. Responsibilities include meeting and event coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, management information, office supplies and facilities, access and parking administration, purchasing and invoice processes, licenses, employee engagement groups, SharePoint, corporate cards, travel coordination, and general office support.

Supports learning designers and sales trainers in creating, updating, analyzing, and delivering online and offline training courses. Collaborates with subject matter experts and sales teams to improve course content, evaluates learner satisfaction and proficiency, uses learning management systems, and assists with virtual workshops. May eventually develop and deliver training independently.
