Lead and coach an enterprise sales team to exceed pipeline and revenue targets for complex eCommerce/logistics deals. Own hiring, onboarding, forecasting, GTM playbook (MEDDIC), cross-functional partnership, data-driven performance diagnosis, and competitive market insight.
