Provide administrative support in a residential care home: answer calls, manage correspondence, filing, ordering supplies, record-keeping, small financial transactions, and assist with monitoring/auditing to ensure compliance. Act as a point of contact for residents, families and professionals, maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Install, commission and service EE Monitor prepayment devices and associated metering (routers, data loggers, heat meters) across district heating properties. Remove old units, complete minor works/commissioning certificates, perform acceptance testing, support a 5,000-property upgrade, and travel nationally with occasional overnight stays. Participate in on-call rota and deliver high-quality electrical/mechanical installations.

Provide stage door cover at the Theatre Royal & Concert Hall: answer calls/emails, manage fire panel and evacuations, control vehicle parking, receive goods/post, and assist the Technical Department and visiting companies/performers.

Perform refuse and recycling collection, grounds maintenance, and environmental cleansing across Nottingham. Support winter operations (gritting, snow clearance), work flexibly across frontline neighbourhood services, and represent the council with professionalism while following health and safety practices.
