Lead end-to-end NPI projects by assessing complexity, allocating resources, setting engineering checkpoints, managing CAPEX, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ and DFM integration, aligning with Operations, tracking risks and timelines, and reporting to senior management to drive timely production capacity and design-to-cost outcomes.

Lead and implement refurbishment transformation initiatives across operations, driving process redesign, stakeholder alignment, supplier management, data-driven performance reporting, and change management to embed scalable, business-as-usual solutions.
