Lead a UK sales team to hit revenue targets across corporate clients by building sales systems, ensuring pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, driving AI and CRM adoption, developing sellers, owning key accounts, and creating a repeatable referral engine.

Lead strategic account management and business development to drive revenue for Dynata. Manage key client relationships, upsell/cross-sell, mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for US and Canadian corporate and call center employees (~1,700). Manage onboarding/terminations, banking, tax records, garnishments, payroll vendor file uploads, reconciliations, and high-volume employee inquiries. Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure compliance, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements.
