Own post-sales relationships with enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. Drive adoption, deployment success, value realization, renewals, and expansion for an AI platform. Coordinate onboarding, milestones, training, issue resolution, and cross-functional execution across product, engineering, support, sales, and customer stakeholders. Monitor customer health, identify risks, support governance and compliance needs, and develop scalable customer success processes for regulated enterprises.

Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of Dynamo AI products across customer-managed Kubernetes environments. Configure and troubleshoot infrastructure, Helm releases, networking, identity, storage, observability, scaling, and service dependencies. Own technical discovery, deployment planning, risk management, production readiness, rollout, incident resolution, and operational handoff for strategic customers. Build reusable Terraform modules, scripts, validation tools, runbooks, and deployment practices while collaborating with customer and internal engineering teams.

Drive enterprise AI deployments from experimentation to production by identifying use cases, shaping implementation strategies, redesigning operational workflows, and coordinating customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. Translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes while addressing governance, reliability, security, observability, and performance requirements. Support strategic engagements, workshops, expansion opportunities, and scalable deployment playbooks.

Partner with UK and European financial-services clients to design, deploy, and operationalize AI risk controls, evaluations, and guardrails. Translate regulatory and risk expectations into testable controls, operating models, evidence standards, and triage workflows. Lead client workshops, support audit readiness, monitor production guardrail performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, and deployment teams to improve AI governance capabilities.

Build and own Agent Warden’s backend services, data pipelines, APIs, frontend dashboards, CLIs, and deployment infrastructure. Develop with Python, FastAPI, NestJS, React, and TypeScript; manage PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, packaging, and releases. Lead testing, performance improvements, production debugging, and collaboration with Applied Research to productionize AI security capabilities using AI-assisted development workflows.

Design and validate threat models for agentic AI systems, create adversarial experiments and synthetic environments, develop static and dynamic risk analysis, fine-tune and evaluate models, and build production-ready guardrails, monitoring, dashboards, and evaluation infrastructure. Optimize security systems for latency, cost, reliability, and measurable real-world performance while translating research into product capabilities.
