Owns the roadmap for AI governance and compliance workflows, enabling legal, risk, compliance, and audit teams to create policies, review guardrails, document approvals, and produce audit-ready evidence. The role translates regulations and internal policies into product requirements, leads customer engagements with senior stakeholders, tracks AI regulatory developments, and collaborates with engineering and research. It requires enterprise workflow product management experience, regulated AI governance knowledge, strong communication skills, and customer-site travel.

Produce analytical evidence for AI product decisions by scoping questions, designing experiments, building prototypes, analyzing guardrail performance, benchmarking metrics, and recommending actions to product managers. Work includes evaluating AI safety controls, measuring accuracy, latency and cost, prototyping workflows, and reporting results. The role develops expertise in AI security, guardrails, agent systems, and experimental design while providing a path toward product management.

Drive enterprise AI deployments from experimentation to production by identifying use cases, shaping implementation strategies, redesigning operational workflows, and coordinating customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. Translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes while addressing governance, reliability, security, observability, and performance requirements. Support strategic engagements, workshops, expansion opportunities, and scalable deployment playbooks.

Partner with UK and European financial-services clients to design, deploy, and operationalize AI risk controls, evaluations, and guardrails. Translate regulatory and risk expectations into testable controls, operating models, evidence standards, and triage workflows. Lead client workshops, support audit readiness, monitor production guardrail performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, and deployment teams to improve AI governance capabilities.

Design and validate threat models for agentic AI systems, create adversarial experiments and synthetic environments, develop static and dynamic risk analysis, fine-tune and evaluate models, and build production-ready guardrails, monitoring, dashboards, and evaluation infrastructure. Optimize security systems for latency, cost, reliability, and measurable real-world performance while translating research into product capabilities.
