Own Dwelly’s revenue operations function, including commercial reporting, forecasting, pricing, fee realization, CRM governance, data quality, incentive plans, performance management, and integration of acquired agencies. Build a single source of truth for portfolio, revenue, and margin; establish operating cadences; improve ancillary revenue; and create scalable commercial systems, targets, and processes for a rapidly expanding branch network.

Own financial modeling, capital strategy, fundraising analysis, investor materials, and strategic growth projects. Evaluate financing scenarios, valuation, dilution, investor returns, expansion opportunities, and potential markets. Prepare Board and investor materials, research investors, maintain data rooms, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support strategic decisions and international growth.

Lead Dwelly’s Launch function for acquired lettings agencies, building repeatable integration playbooks, tooling, metrics, and operating processes. Oversee acquired businesses before integration, including P&L, people, trading, and synergy capture. Manage concurrent migrations, team growth, sensitive employee transitions, and partner-agency platform rollouts. Collaborate with Product to improve the integration platform and deputise for the Director of Launch.
