Lead Dwelly’s Launch function for acquired lettings agencies, building repeatable integration playbooks, tooling, metrics, and operating processes. Oversee acquired businesses before integration, including P&L, people, trading, and synergy capture. Manage concurrent migrations, team growth, sensitive employee transitions, and partner-agency platform rollouts. Collaborate with Product to improve the integration platform and deputise for the Director of Launch.

Support Dwelly’s acquisition and fundraising activities by leading deal analysis, financial modeling, diligence, investment cases, investor preparation, and equity-story development. The role manages multiple concurrent workstreams, evaluates strategic fit and value drivers, stress-tests assumptions, identifies risks, and provides recommendations to senior leadership and founders.

Manage the day-to-day payments operation across multiple agencies, leading finance administration teams and ensuring SLA performance, processing accuracy, arrears management, and SOP adherence. Responsibilities include people management, coaching, performance scorecards, quality controls, exception resolution, root-cause analysis, and handling complex payment escalations involving landlords, tenants, banks, and suppliers. The role also partners cross-functionally on operational consistency, team scaling, and automation initiatives.
