Designs, builds, maintains, and improves Windows, virtualization, cloud, data center, identity, and access infrastructure. Responsibilities include automation, infrastructure as code, security hardening, patch remediation, monitoring, performance tuning, technical documentation, mentoring junior staff, and on-call support.

Provide first-line IT support to end users by logging and prioritizing requests, troubleshooting hardware and application issues, managing desk setups, escalating complex problems, maintaining support records and knowledge-base content, and assisting with IT asset inventory. The internship emphasizes IT operations, customer service, communication, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
