Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. go-to-market teams across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, partnerships, and marketing. Build proactive talent pipelines, advise leaders on hiring plans, design recruiting systems and interview processes, and strengthen sourcing workflows using AI. The role requires executive-recruiter judgment, strong GTM networks, stakeholder management, community building, and the ability to challenge hiring priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships across implementation, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. Build executive partnerships, guide AI adoption and organizational change, measure business outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities. Establish Customer Success playbooks, operating rhythms, account planning, and executive engagement processes for the UK market from Dust’s London headquarters. Represent customer needs internally and collaborate with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Engineering teams.
