Build automation with PowerShell, APIs and infrastructure-as-code, integrate Microsoft 365 with platforms like ServiceNow, drive AI/Copilot adoption, create roadmaps and reusable patterns, and act as an internal consultant to improve workplace services and platform operations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of dna retail media campaigns: setup, activation, in-flight management, QA, issue resolution, and process improvement while coordinating brands, retailers and internal teams to meet budgets and targets.
