Develop and research machine learning solutions for retail insights and product assortment. Perform exploratory analysis, model development and validation, implement efficient Python/Spark code, apply NLP and generative AI approaches, and turn research into reusable science modules while collaborating with engineering, product and client teams.

Lead the strategy and evolution of insight enablement propositions that support client success teams. Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, solve ambiguous problems, connect stakeholder needs with product developments, and champion new ways of working, including AI adoption. Balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving while collaborating across teams to improve delivery and client impact.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships as a commercial and insight partner. Deliver data-driven solutions with consulting, analytics, and delivery teams; support opportunity identification, proposals, pitches, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Translate data into actionable recommendations, lead client presentations, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and a consistent client experience.
