Design and build autonomous AI testing systems that understand software behavior, identify critical failures, simulate real users, and self-heal as codebases evolve. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define agent interactions with real-world code, own projects from concept through production, and help establish the technical standards and culture of a high-autonomy team.

Build pipeline from scratch, define the ideal customer profile, sell autonomous AI-native QA software to CTOs and founders, close B2B SaaS deals, and develop a repeatable sales playbook. The Account Executive will translate technical customer pain into business value, operate autonomously in an ambiguous startup environment, collaborate with founders and product leadership, and provide customer insights to influence roadmap and category strategy.

Support founders across product, engineering, and operations; participate in user and partner calls; build GTM, product, finance, and hiring systems; conduct market and competitor research; manage special projects; contribute to feature specifications, experiments, and AI-agent evaluation. The role requires high ownership, analytical thinking, adaptability, curiosity about AI and developer tools, and comfort working directly with founders in an ambiguous startup environment.
