Owns AWS cloud operations, service performance, governance, incident and change management, security compliance, vendor coordination, and continual service improvement. Acts as the primary escalation point for AWS services and partners with Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud platforms.

Designs secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective AWS solutions across a complex enterprise. Acts as an AWS subject matter expert, develops architecture standards and roadmaps, governs technical designs, assesses security and costs, supports Infrastructure as Code, oversees third-party suppliers, and provides technical leadership to engineering and project teams. The role also facilitates workshops, drives cloud transformation, and advises stakeholders on emerging technologies and digital platforms.

Lead category strategy and annual business planning for UK&I, combining market and customer insights with internal data to identify growth opportunities, shape innovation priorities, support sales with customer proposals, and monitor regulatory and sustainability developments to drive commercial growth.
