Own pricing governance, transfer pricing, margin reporting, budgeting and integrated business planning. Partner with commercial teams to model scenarios, benchmark buying performance, and develop the finance team's commercial capability.

Lead commercial deployment and scaled adoption of packaging innovations across UK&I. Drive revenue budgets and sales plans, localise market strategies, run customer engagement (workshops, trade fairs, pitches), support product portfolio planning, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Manage financial KPIs, stage-gate development frameworks, and sales training to translate retailer and customer needs into commercial packaging solutions.
