Manage a portfolio of key FMCG and industrial customers across the UK, executing account plans to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, retention, and loyalty. Develop strategic customer partnerships, coordinate sustainable packaging solutions with design and innovation teams, manage sales forecasts and CRM metrics, and collaborate with sales and operations teams. This remote role requires regular travel for client pitches, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.

Owns AWS cloud operations, service performance, governance, incident and change management, security compliance, vendor coordination, and continual service improvement. Acts as the primary escalation point for AWS services and partners with Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud platforms.

Leads the creative vision, standards, and operating model for a global design studio supporting POS, retail activation, merchandising, and shopper marketing. Builds multidisciplinary teams, develops capabilities, drives AI and automation adoption, advises senior clients, shapes creative strategies, and ensures solutions achieve customer, brand, sustainability, manufacturability, and commercial objectives.
