Owns AWS cloud operations, service performance, governance, incident and change management, security compliance, vendor coordination, and continual service improvement. Acts as the primary escalation point for AWS services and partners with Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud platforms.

Manage large strategic B2B accounts as a trusted advisor, building client relationships, reviewing products, delivering commercial insights, conducting service reviews, and supporting tenders and proposals. Identify growth opportunities with Design and Innovation teams, develop account plans, negotiate commercially, present to senior stakeholders, and drive revenue. This is a home-based role requiring regular travel across the UK and Ireland.

Lead pricing strategy, market insight, forecasting and financial analysis for paper, recycling and packaging. Own pricing governance, transfer pricing, margin reporting, budgeting and integrated business planning. Partner with commercial teams to model scenarios, benchmark buying performance, and develop the finance team's commercial capability.
