Lead the strategic talent and organisation development agenda, partnering with CHRO, Executive Leadership and Board to shape culture, performance, leadership, DE&I, succession, talent pipelines, learning, and global OD initiatives to enable business strategy and the company spin-off.

Proactively generate new business across FMCG markets (drinks, snacks), build customer relationships, manage pipelines and sales reporting, negotiate deals, deliver presentations, and travel nationally to meet customers and site teams.

Create original, brand-compliant retail marketing, POS and display concepts. Manage briefs, timelines and studio efficiencies, support pitches and innovation days, liaise with clients and teams, and ensure print feasibility and on-time delivery while challenging briefs with creative, shopper-focused ideas.
