Lead new business and expansion sales for Druva's Endpoint and data protection solutions across UK, EMEA and ROW. Manage complex, cross-border sales cycles, engage C-level and IT leaders, grow accounts and channel partnerships, deliver localized demos, ensure GDPR and regional compliance awareness, and meet/exceed revenue targets.

Drive new-logo pipeline across the DACH region by qualifying inbound leads and executing targeted outbound sequences. Conduct discovery calls to map customer data protection gaps to Druva, partner with AEs on territory plans, book high-quality meetings/demos, and maintain complete CRM accuracy. Use Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and cold-calling; German language proficiency required.
