Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to Technical Account Managers: manage technical databases and approvals, coordinate sampling and traceability, investigate complaints and quality issues, produce trend and performance reports, maintain customer portals and documentation, and support continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Lead strategic national accounts across retail and wholesale by developing account and joint business plans, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing account P&L, coordinating promotions and launches, analyzing KPIs to identify growth, and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance to drive profitable revenue.

Support day-to-day sales operations by entering and managing orders, coordinating supply and demand, producing reports, collaborating across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service, and ensuring timely, accurate customer communications and issue resolution.
