AI/ML Engineers will build and deploy AI-native products, autonomous agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and production ML pipelines. Responsibilities may include integrating AI into crypto infrastructure and consumer products, fine-tuning and evaluating models, optimizing inference, and developing agentic workflows and machine-to-machine payment systems. Engineers will work end-to-end with high-ownership teams in fast-moving environments.

Dragonfly is sourcing product roles across its payments-focused portfolio (mid-level PMs to Heads of Product). Candidates must have deep payments domain expertise, startup experience, commercial mindset, and strong operator instincts to translate strategy into execution. Dragonfly will confidentially match and introduce candidates to suitable portfolio companies in London or NYC.

Optimize large-model inference at scale: improve throughput, reduce latency and cost per token, build benchmarking harnesses, tune parallelism and quantization strategies, implement load-balancing in routing, and evaluate custom kernels and emerging inference hardware.
