Collaborates with cross-functional teams to productionize solutions, supports data-driven trading strategies, and contributes to trading automation design, development, maintenance, and testing. Communicates insights to stakeholders, mentors junior data scientists, and helps solve complex business problems using large datasets.

The Senior Data Platform Engineer will manage Databricks infrastructure, develop cloud systems, collaborate with teams, and enhance machine learning workflows.

Drive daily sportsbook operations and merchandising across customer-facing product surfaces. Resolve escalated customer issues, monitor content, promotions, events, and odds, identify merchandising opportunities, track competitors, support quality assurance, and escalate technical or customer-facing problems. Collaborate with Trading, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to improve processes and customer outcomes. Mentor junior team members and work evening and weekend shifts aligned with the sports calendar.
