The Senior Data Platform Engineer will manage Databricks infrastructure, develop cloud systems, collaborate with teams, and enhance machine learning workflows.

Develop and integrate statistical and machine learning sports models for DraftKings’ Sportsbook platform. Responsibilities include engineering sports data assets, implementing models and pricing engines in Python, testing data flows and integrations, supporting CI/CD quality practices, collaborating across Trading, Product, Engineering, and QA, and mentoring junior data scientists.

Leads data science initiatives from conception through deployment, developing statistical models and machine learning algorithms for trading intelligence. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to productionize solutions, supports data-driven trading strategies, and contributes to trading automation design, development, maintenance, and testing. Communicates insights to stakeholders, mentors junior data scientists, and helps solve complex business problems using large datasets.

As a Senior Data Science Engineer, you'll lead data science projects, develop algorithms, analyze datasets, and mentor junior team members to enhance trading operations and strategies.

Lead and define the operating model for DraftKings iGaming, overseeing Revenue Operations and Games Operations & Studio. Partner with the EVP & GM to translate strategy into measurable operating plans, drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, align cross-functional teams, embed analytics and experimentation into commercial decisions, scale into new markets, and build a high-performing leadership team.
