Lead depot operations to deliver customer service, manage cost, safety, security, productivity and transport. Oversee recruitment, development and retention, ensure compliance and employee relations, manage P&L through planning and reporting, analyse performance data to implement improvements, and support innovation in operational processes.

Provide administrative finance support for a depot: manage daily cost reporting, weekly payroll, purchase orders and invoice coding, stock and fuel administration, driver and fleet compliance checks, absence management, onboarding, local quality audits, and HR/operational admin tasks.

Support depot operations by assisting drivers with addresses and instructions, maintaining Saturn handhelds, handling customer enquiries, running driver debriefs, managing paperwork, and maintaining a safe workspace.
