Partner with regional finance managers and depot leaders to provide performance insights, identify cost savings and risks, improve operational efficiency, transform reporting processes, introduce controls, and lead high-impact projects. The role requires strong financial analysis, stakeholder influence, process improvement, and communication skills, with responsibility for driving standardized practices across the delivery network.

Supports regional finance and depot operations through weekly payroll processing, supplier payments, cost reporting, invoice coding, financial reconciliation, audit queries, and process automation. Maintains absence, training, fleet, driver documentation, fuel, compliance, and operational quality records. Collaborates with finance, payroll, fleet, operations, data development, and depot quality teams while ensuring accurate, timely administration and adherence to company procedures.

Drive new-business revenue across a territory through cold calling, door knocking, prospect visits, relationship building, and product sales. Build and manage a prospect funnel, monitor new-customer performance, deliver action plans, obtain credit documentation, and hand new accounts to customer care or account managers. The role requires strong persuasion, objection handling, resilience, target management, customer focus, and occasional overnight travel.

Support depot operations by assisting drivers with addresses and instructions, maintaining Saturn handhelds, handling customer enquiries, running driver debriefs, managing paperwork, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Manage the depot held-parcel process to meet deadlines and present parcels for delivery. Investigate damaged or mislabelled parcels, complete mis-route administration, resolve customer queries, support depot collections, work with security to prevent fraud, perform housekeeping checks, and assist with parcel searches.

Provide finance and administrative support for depot operations including daily cost reporting, weekly payroll processing, purchase order and invoice coding, stock and fuel administration, compliance documentation uploads, absence management, onboarding support, and auditing operational controls. Liaise with regional finance, fleet, payroll and HR teams and perform adhoc administrative duties.
