Provides first- and second-line IT support for end-user devices, business applications, networks, servers, and site infrastructure. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, manages service desk alerts and escalations, maintains documentation and IT asset records, and supports infrastructure projects such as site launches and network refreshes. The role also involves incident and change management, vendor collaboration, on-call support, and travel across UK and European sites.

Provide legal and transaction support to UK and European logistics operations, including commercial contracts, RFPs, procurement, property, construction, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters. Advise on expansion, entity structuring, restructurings, compliance policies, GDPR, TUPE, and works councils. Partner with business leaders and regional legal teams, manage external counsel relationships, and support operations primarily under English law.

Lead commercial growth across DP World’s UK ports and terminals, including London Gateway and Southampton. Develop three- to five-year growth strategies, expand existing accounts, identify revenue streams, and create investment business plans. Drive enterprise-wide value across shipping, logistics, multimodal, and port-related businesses. Build commercial analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and risk-monitoring capabilities while contributing to UK leadership decisions and revenue, profitability, and commercial transformation.
