Leads continuous improvement initiatives, customer onboarding, and implementation projects for a logistics Control Tower operation. Develops Power BI dashboards, analyzes operational data, identifies cost-saving opportunities, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and drives process, system, and reporting enhancements. Manages customer relationships, project milestones, best-practice standardization, and ad hoc reporting while supporting operational and customer performance.

Provides HR business partnering across three UK operational sites, advising leaders and managing the employee lifecycle. Leads a small HR team, supports employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, engagement and retention, and delivers leadership development workshops. Coaches managers, identifies talent, supports succession planning, creates development pathways, evaluates learning impact, and promotes an inclusive, safe culture while ensuring employment-law compliance.

Provides administrative support for site operations through accurate data entry, document and records management, reporting, email monitoring, customer query handling, and system maintenance. Reviews proof-of-delivery documentation, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, manages competing priorities, and supports Admin and Warehouse teams while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
