Lead development and launch of value-added port and supply-chain products across UK terminals. Identify market opportunities, build business cases, manage cross-functional delivery, oversee budgets, P&L, contracts, pricing and marketing, and maintain strong customer relationships to grow revenue and operational capability.

Lead and manage Operational Excellence functions (WMS, CI, BPI, BI, HSEQ, Security, PMO); own OE budgets; support commercial teams and contract launches; drive change management, KPI-based performance improvements, Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, BI tooling, WMS adoption, and profitability initiatives while ensuring HSEQ and security compliance.

Manage processing and prioritization of customer orders in SAP, coordinate packing and material allocation, monitor order flow and capacity, identify and resolve operational issues, and liaise with sales, warehouse, and packing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
