Sell and represent Dover Street Market and its brands by building and managing client relationships in-store and remotely. Support VIP styling, liaise with merchandise and buyers, maintain visual merchandising, meet individual and space sales targets, host events, run EOD reporting, and train staff on product and standards.

Drive sales and build client relationships in-store and internationally. Deliver exceptional customer service, meet monthly and seasonal sales targets, maintain client book and DSM database, manage stock and zone ownership, act as brand ambassador, complete EOD reports, and stay current on product and fashion trends.

Lead marketing communications strategy across social, email and web. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (CRM, social, content), define content pillars and editorial calendars, own CRM roadmap and channel performance, brief creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and drive campaigns that boost store footfall and e-shop traffic.
