Lead and deliver enterprise CRM strategy and complex projects while managing and developing a North America CRM Strategist team. Own lifecycle revenue, retention outcomes, service innovation, operational health, capacity, and platform/technical standards (Klaviyo plus other ESPs). Be a hands-on senior practitioner, manager, and practice-builder across enterprise accounts, migrations, and new service offerings.

Develop and execute email and SMS lifecycle strategies to drive list growth, activation, retention and revenue. Own roadmap, testing, reporting, deliverability, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting clients and managing account scope.
