The Account Executive drives new business and manages client relationships across Europe & the UK, focusing on agency sales in ecommerce and Shopify. Responsibilities include client acquisition, sales strategy development, tailored solutions, account growth, market research, and performance analysis.

Lead end-to-end enterprise ESP migrations and ongoing email/SMS lifecycle strategy. Architect data and deliverability-preserving migrations, rebuild and QA automations and segmentation, run testing and validation, manage client relationships, and document reusable migration frameworks while mentoring other strategists.

Lead and deliver enterprise CRM strategy and complex projects while managing and developing a North America CRM Strategist team. Own lifecycle revenue, retention outcomes, service innovation, operational health, capacity, and platform/technical standards (Klaviyo plus other ESPs). Be a hands-on senior practitioner, manager, and practice-builder across enterprise accounts, migrations, and new service offerings.
