Builds integrations with external systems through APIs, supports CI/CD deployments, troubleshoots complex technical issues, and provides advanced support. The role also involves designing Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, maintaining documentation, following engineering best practices, and collaborating with teammates to deliver reliable business and customer-facing platform improvements.
