Act as an embedded HR business partner for the Revenue organisation: drive org design, coach managers, resolve complex employee relations, assess talent and learning needs, deliver front-line People support, and lead strategic People projects to support scaling and a high-performance culture.

Lead employee relations casework including grievance, disciplinary, and absence management. Analyse ER data to identify trends and inform strategy, build dashboards, develop ER policies and training, partner with People and Legal on escalations and settlement agreements, and provide employment law updates to ensure compliance.

Leads international product marketing strategy across European markets, including go-to-market planning, market entry, ICP definition, segmentation, positioning, messaging, customer research, competitive intelligence, launch execution, and sales enablement. Partners with country GMs, Product, Commercial, and executive teams to translate insights into roadmap priorities, scale adoption, and optimize commercial performance.
