Teams at Dojo

Design and maintain centralized iOS SDKs, libraries, and core toolkits; own modular architecture; optimize build times, dependencies, testing, and CI/CD pipelines; establish engineering standards; and collaborate with feature teams to integrate shared SDKs. The role requires deep Swift expertise, experience with distributed frameworks, scalable iOS architecture, mobile automation, developer tooling, and cross-team technical influence.

Own the vision, roadmap, and user journeys for Dojo’s finance products, including lending, card solutions, reconciliation, billing, and settlement. Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, conduct customer and market research, and use analytics to prioritize improvements. Partner with senior leaders and teams across product, marketing, commercial, and customer service to deliver intuitive financial tools that increase customer value, adoption, engagement, and revenue.

Own and optimise Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, automate metadata and code deployments, manage environments (data masking/seeding), integrate automated testing and quality gates, monitor and troubleshoot releases, and mentor teams to improve DevOps practices.
