Serve as a trusted HR advisor and coach to Technology, Data, and Product leaders; line-manage and develop a People Partner; drive organisational effectiveness using people data; partner with People centres of expertise to deliver performance, compensation, leadership and DEI initiatives; support cross-functional People projects in a fast-scaling, office-first environment.

Lead Dojo's Financial Crime function and act as DMLRO backup. Oversee AML/CTF/ABC/sanctions frameworks, QA/QC, SAR processes, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional advisory while building a high-performing compliance team.

The Inside Sales Representative will consult with businesses, convert leads into customers, manage sales pipelines, and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
