Provide pragmatic employment law advice across the organisation, manage complex employee relations and litigation (ACAS/Employment Tribunal), draft and review contracts and policies, support cross-border expansion in Europe, manage employment law projects, train People and business teams, and liaise with external counsel to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.

Act as legal partner to Product and Engineering: embed in development lifecycle, advise on regulation and compliance, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure marketing/promotions are compliant, support Risk and Customer Support escalations, and translate regulatory developments into actionable business guidance.

The Senior Finance and Strategy Analyst will lead FP&A processes, manage financial models in Anaplan, and partner with leadership on workforce planning and payroll forecasting.
