Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by building executive relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating renewals and pricing, improving retention, and advocating for customers internally. The role requires data-driven account strategy, strong commercial judgment, presentation skills, and collaboration across Product, Operations, and Marketing. Experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, payments, retail, or hospitality is valuable.

Own and evolve secure, scalable cloud platforms supporting engineering teams. Lead platform initiatives from discovery through production, design reusable infrastructure across compute, networking, identity, and data, and create self-service capabilities. Drive cloud migrations, establish security and reliability guardrails, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call incident response. The role requires strong Kubernetes, Terraform, public cloud, software engineering, GitOps, networking, and observability expertise.

Partner with leaders across Group Functions and Go-To-Market teams to attract, assess, and close diverse talent. Build candidate pipelines, manage recruiting processes, coach interviewers, improve evaluation standards, use hiring data and market insights, and lead talent acquisition projects. The role also focuses on maintaining ATS data integrity, adopting AI tools, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with People teams on workforce planning.
