Develop and secure high-value corporate partnerships, managing prospect pipelines from cultivation through close. Identify new markets, create innovative partnership propositions, develop persuasive pitches and business cases, meet fundraising targets, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and partnership management teams to transition new deals.

Supports mass participation fundraising by managing supporter inquiries, delivering excellent service by phone, email, and in person, assisting with fundraising events, updating databases, organizing supporter packs, and completing team administration. The role includes weekend work, event attendance, and occasional overnight stays.

Manages the integration and development of in-person and digital behaviour services, leading a team, coordinating platform delivery, monitoring KPIs, managing risks and timelines, and aligning stakeholders. The role also oversees educational content and rollout programmes that support dog safety and customer engagement, while promoting continuous improvement and user-centred service design.
