Manage the Regular Giving programme, including the Sponsor a Dog fundraising product. Lead product development, supporter experience, performance analysis, strategic planning, and the Regular Giving team. Build new fundraising opportunities, maintain existing products, coach staff through change, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow and diversify income.

Care for and enrich dogs in a busy rehoming centre, following animal welfare and health and safety guidelines. Educate prospective owners and the public about dog care, provide excellent visitor service, and support dogs preparing for adoption. The role requires empathy, communication, teamwork, knowledge of basic dog behaviour and health issues, experience handling dogs, and a full manual driving licence.

Develop and deliver in-person and virtual mass fundraising events, market opportunities to target audiences, monitor KPIs and expenditure, improve return on investment, generate new fundraising ideas, and support event-day operations, volunteers, health and safety, and supporter experiences.
